Appealing design and strong personality which can be applied in a wide range of colours and decorations: ideal for use for multi purpose surfaces.

Its main characteristics include a very high resistance to wear, scratches and impact with its very high temperature resistance. Print HPL is the perfect solution in order to respond to each application and contest it may be used.

Abet laminate production process is carried out by using several Kraft paper layers impregnated with thermosetting resin and decorative paper.

Kraft paper used for the sheet core is impregnated with phenolic thermosetting resins, while the decorative paper used for the surface is treated with melaminic aminoplastic resins and it is specifically designed to have high performance.
Impregnated layers are stacked and bonded and, once loaded into the press, they undergo simultaneously to the combined action of heat (at the temperature of 150 °C) and pressure (up to 9 MPa). The policondensing reaction taking plce creates chemical cross bonds so that phenolic and melaminic resins are stably intertwined to each other.
