Federico Angi designed Beep Beep, a multifunctional coffee table and stool, based on the idea of using Abet laminates as a flexible coating for curved surfaces.
The black outline which marks the thickness of the laminate, normally seen as a “limit” from a chromatic point of view, becomes an aesthetic element of value: it emphasizes the rhythmic contrasts between flat and curved surfaces, pointed edges and sinuous lines, characterizing the shape of the object and accompanying its movements. Available in a range of colors carefully chosen from the extensive Abet Laminati catalogue.
