This recognition is even more meaningful because it stems from an independent study conducted by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF), in collaboration with La Repubblica Affari & Finanza. The study involved more than 2,100 Italian companies across 38 different sectors and collected 16,338 anonymous assessments from 9,726 employees. Companies neither commissioned the research nor participated in the collection of information: the evaluations were provided directly by employees through an independent and anonymous survey, with specific methodological checks carried out to ensure the reliability of the results. At the end of the analysis, 407 companies were selected after meeting the requirements to be included in the Top Job 2026/27 ranking. With a score of 90.21 out of 100, Abet Laminati stands out as a company capable of combining innovation, expertise and a strong focus on people. This result does not stem from an application or a company-promoted process, but from the spontaneous and positive perception expressed by those who experience the working environment every day. It is a testament to the reputation built over the years through professionalism, reliability and a corporate culture based on mutual respect.
