Abet Laminati at Milan Design Week 2023

For Fuorisalone 2023, Abet Laminati has conceived an original extension of the Bra company, called Abet Factory, which will land in the heart of Milan, at 44 Corso Garibaldi during Brera Design Week from 18th  to 23rd April 2023. 

Completely against the trend of those who consider Fuorisalone as an isolated moment limited to the creation of communication spin-offs, Abet Laminati has thought about its presence in a pragmatic but no less spectacular way. Indeed, for the occasion, Abet will show through its historical samples the company’s production and its own true essence. 

The space in Corso Garibaldi will not only be populated with laminate samples but also with people – including planners, architects and designers – who will be able to choose their own palette and combine it as they wish to create a micro-collection, expressing personal aesthetic choices or in line with the latest trends. 

Each designer will be able to create and manage a personalised collection, choosing from the many colours offered by the Abet ranges. 

The idea was born to communicate, in an unprecedented way, about the value and widespread use of laminate in today’s world: in our homes, in architecture and even in industrial design projects.

For its 20th anniversary, Dimorestudio – founded in 2003 by Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci, has designed a large installation to be placed in the exhibition space of DIMORECENTRALE.
