To mark the Tabula Rara exhibition at the Galleria Rossana Orlandi in Milan, door magazine presents the installation “Through The Metal Door”. The interior design project, curated by Studio Francesca Santambrogio, redefines the convivial space of the dining table through a perfect balance of architecture, light and contemporary design.
The central feature and true visual focal point of the room are the striking walls that surround the festive table, the heart of this design alchemy. Abet Laminati’s Metalli 954 fin. morbida laminate was chosen to clad the structure: a metallic, reflective surface that captures the neon light, distorts the reflections of the surroundings and blends with the sounds from the sound system curated by Giorgio Di Salvo, lending an immediate touch of sophisticated contemporaneity to the entire space.
